Save / Mail / Print

Save

Saving of a title or a title list is can only be done from a mail message. See below.

 

Mail

Make your selection and save the selected items by clicking the menu button  Save selection  or  Save all  or  Save item 
Open the savelist by clicking the menu button  Saved items (...items) 
Make the final selection by deleting irrelevant items and click the menu button  Output 
In the export window: enter your email address

Select an export format:

- Savelist export text [example]
- Export savelist tagged (RIS) [example]
[RIS format is used for exporting titles into Reference Manager]
- ISBD (International Standard Book Description) format [example]

Select the sign between label and data or select export without field labels

- example ISBD (without label, without location, without subject data)
Click on Select elements for export and select the fields you want to export
Click on Export Savelist 
The system will send an email to the entered email address. The data are included as an ASCII file

 

Print

A presented list of titles or bibliographic description can be printed in 2 ways:

Move mouse pointer into the frame of the title list or bibliographic description, but not on a hyperlink. In case of a right-handed mouse: click the right button and click on Print in the context menu

Click on the printer icon on top of the title list or bibliographic description
