User information

This catalogue system offers you options for saving selected titles, viewing your own personal data, compiling an alert, and for making reservations and renewing loan periods by yourself.

These options are available for all who are registered as borrowers at the Library. Registered borrowers have identity numbers (borrower numbers) which together with passwords (these are issued on application) serve as access keys.

If you are in possession of a password, you may always view your personal data by clicking User information and entering your identity number and password. The various types of personal information which are then provided are listed below.

 
My personal information List of your data as registered in the borrower's database.
Change my password To alter and register your password as you choose.
My cardex List of journal titles you have saved during your current or previous catalogue session.
Alerting service To the Alert Configuration Page, where you can manage your alert(s)
My list of saved titles List of titles you selected and saved during your current or previous catalogue session.
Loan information
My loans, with possibility of renewal List of books you borrowed. Option for loan period renewal for each title. Renewal is rejected if books are reserved for other readers or if max. loan period has expired. Find out more about loan period renewal  HERE.
My loan history List of previously items you borrowed (only available if the library keeps this kind of information). Please contact staff for more information.
My account List of fines and / or other outstanding amounts.
My financial history List of fines per item and other costs already paid.
My reservations List of books for which you made reservations. Reservations already made may be cancelled. Find out more about book reservation HERE.
My deposits Information on the status of your deposit account. Please contact staff for more information on whether this option is available.
My Loan Plan nformation on the status of Loan Plant. Please contact staff for more information on whether this option is available.
